HO HO HO... Merry Christmas!!!

A couple weeks ago the kids stopped to see "SANTA" at Valley West Mall and posed for a GREAT picture.  This year no one cried or pouted... so hopefully Santa is good to all of them.  We spent this last week-end wrapping gifts and making sugar cookies -- we have a few more days of school and daycare then we'll spend a lot of our break here in Waukee playing games and hanging out with family.  We wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy 2012!!! -- We'll also keep you posted on Baby Corbin's arrival : )

Another Baby B-O-Y!!! Due 12/31/11

As many of you heard.... we are expecting another little B-O-Y around New Year's Eve! Of course we are pretty excited around here (except Kiara) as she is ready to move out.  So instead, Kiara and I have decided we definitely need a GNO (Girls Night Out) at least once a month as she loves to shop and likes to go out to eat... with GIRLS ONLY!!!

Learning how to hold a baby and change a diaper at their Big Brother/Big Sister Class!

Just yesterday (Dec. 3rd), Caleb and CJ went to the Big Brother/Big Sister Class at Mercy Hospital in preparation for our new arrival in about 4 weeks!  They did a great job learning about germs, how to care for a baby, and where to visit mom and baby after delivery!!!

Making a cards for Baby Corbin!

Here is Caleb's sweet card ...
"Hi I cant wat for you to come"... I just love this!!!

And their certificates... they passed the class.

CAMERON MADE OPUS - NOV 2011

Cam's in the middle - sporting a suit & tie!
Cameron auditioned and made OPUS HONOR CHOIR (Again!!!) - It's 4 honor choirs made up of 5th-9th grade students from here in Iowa. Four choirs of 180 voices are featured (a 5th-6th Grade Select Mixed Honor Choir, a 7th-8th grade Select Boys Honor Choir, a 7th-8th Grade Select Girls Honor Choir, & a Ninth Grade Select Mixed Honor Choir.  This is Cam's 2nd year in a row to be chosen as thousands of kids enter all across Iowa. He missed a day of school in mid November to practice before they performed at C.Y.Stephen's Auditorium in Ames!  We are very proud of his accomplishment!!! Way to go Cammo!
